The way of elbow is often affected by the indoor space of decorated ceiling and the direct passage of pipeline, and the connection way of elbow can not be defined, Temporary accurate measurement and large processing volume on the spot are unfavorable to the construction rate and bridge installation quality management.
The construction technology is promoted and improved on the basis of the traditional bridge connection process. The rain shields on both sides of the bridge are used as the axis, bent into the required angle of view and fixed with screws, so as to realize various bridge bending connection regulations on the spot and improve the bridge connection construction quality and construction efficiency.
(1) Design of bridge connecting elbow

The connection angle of the bridge shall be determined and fixed with the side sealing plate and the bottom sealing plate
1) Determine the connection angle of the bridge, and adjust the angle by connecting the central bolt as the axis;
2) After the angle is determined, the circular sealing plate on the side of the bridge elbow is connected with four bolts on the outer circle for fixation;
3) When installing the bottom connecting plate, first bend the bottom connecting plate to the same angle as the elbow, and then tighten it with screws.
(4) For the elbow connection of cable tray, the elbow connector can be used for the overall installation and connection of cable tray after the installation on the ground. The side and bottom connecting plates can be made in large quantities in advance. The middle connection of cable tray elbow shall be tight and firm.
(5) Inspection and project acceptance: check the connection quality of bridge connection elbow to ensure that the connection position is tight and firm, the connection angle is accurate and the connection bolt connection is firm before proceeding to the next construction process.
